Women Thriving Fearlessly exists to strengthen the women who strengthen our communities. Through leadership development, evidence-informed tools, meaningful connection, and transformative experiences, we help women build the capacity to lead sustainably, communicate powerfully, protect their well-being, and expand their impact.

Meet the Curator
ERIKA GILCHRIST
Erika Gilchrist grew up on the South Side of Chicago, raised by her paternal grandmother and surrounded by far more determination than resources. When she began building her own service-based work, there was no roadmap waiting for her. For more than two decades, she learned how to navigate funding, strategic partnerships, business growth, legal and financial resources, marketing, leadership, and her own mental and emotional well-being largely through experience, persistence, and figuring things out as she went.

She also learned how exhausting it can be to spend your life pouring into other people while carrying the responsibility of finding every resource, answer, and connection for yourself.
​
In 2018, Erika decided to create the kind of space she wished had existed when she began. A place where women doing meaningful work could come together and have access to resources, relationships, insight, encouragement, and room to replenish themselves. A place where the women accustomed to giving could finally receive.
​
That vision became Women Thriving Fearlessly. Today, the vision reaches beyond entrepreneurship. Women Thriving Fearlessly brings together women who lead, teach, mentor, advocate, build, serve, and create change in their communities. It exists to strengthen the women whose leadership and service create ripple effects far beyond themselves.
